Pub Bites, Trannies and a Jew Fro

so i just got home from the shwa! shannon and i spent the day drinking and playing water volleyball with daniel and his parents, who are hilarious. tales of the goodenoughs, who just weren't good enough, the jewish jewellery-trade and a mysterious treat called "pub bites" graced the night. so much fun!

last night was allie's bacheloretter party. it was a mad rush to get ready and the heat did not help. after rushing home from work i was already sweating like a beast. we started off at the pony bistro where we had a summerlicious meal and many a bevvy. deceptively open, our dining area was actually a stifling tropical zone of humidity. allie seemed to delight in the massive pepper mill that was left in our room, much to the chagrin of the servers who may have been inconvenienced by the rucus we were causing.

heading off to el convento rico allie was wearing her new hot-pink madonna t-shirt. obviously it was beautiful. the latin beats were pumping and robin brought out the game she made for the evening. sex taboo. anyone who is familiar with the normal version knows how much fun it can be. now imagine it played only with saucy words. it was a bit too loud to actually hear each other so allie spent most of the time leaning across the table and shouting her answers. my enduring image of the evening is allie, ass in the air, shouting "clitoris" at the top of her lungs. fantastic!

the trannies were great too. the show they put on was pretty fun - my highlight being when vanessa (barefoot) dragged allie up to dance with them. the whole evening was awesome but i'm not used to getting home so late. i'm such a lightweight these days! and i had to get up early this morning for a hair appointment (much needed since my hair has decided to go massively curly these days).

despite promising me that my hair would stay long, i have a sinking suspicion that my new haircut might have some mulletous qualities to it. it was too hard to tell when it was first done because of the sheer amount of product they put in but i will know soon enough!
