"if you weren't so cute you'd be homely"

a compliment or a thinly-veiled criticism?  i'll let you decide.  i'm going with compliment because my fragile ego can't take many more ups and downs this week.  i don't mean to imply that this has been a particularly trying week, only that my self-perception has fluctuated.  and i base that entirely on the actions (or non-actions) of others.

 

i am writing this as i eat a bowl of cereal and prepare to meet up with shannon for another school-night on the town.  i will write more soon but for now, i leave you with this:  i'm thinking seriously about a boy-cott.
